Lynne Petruzates

Lynne Petruzates has held staff, management and administrative positions over her 20 year career in healthcare. In her current role, as a director at Saint Michael’s Hospital she provides leadership direction to 6 departments including lab/pathology, respiratory care, sleep center, GI, ASD and cardiopulmonary rehab. Lynne has played and important role in planning, expanding and implementing new and existing programs during her time with Ministry Healthcare. Lynne has experience with project management and led teams to develop a room service program, medical record integration between the clinic and hospital and electronic signature. She also has training in Lean Six Sigma and has lead quality improvement teams over the past year.

Lynne has been a member of the WI State ACHE Education Committee and played an instrumental role in coordinating the Education and Networking sessions for the central region. Lynne has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration with a healthcare focus. Lynne became a Fellow in the ACHE in January 2008. She was recommended to join the Chapter Board of Directors in January 2010.
