Ehrlich Mohr is a charter member of the ACHE WI Chapter Board of Directors and has held management positions in both healthcare payer and provider organizations for more than 20 years. She was actively involved in healthcare delivery as a clinician for 11 years before beginning her management career. Her background includes strategic and operational experience with HMOs, PPOs, PHOs, MSOs, IPAs, hospitals, physicians, and traditional insurers. She has extensive experience in managed care business development, provider relations, member services/marketing, and health care delivery. Highlights of her experience include the implementation and management of a “Well Child Clinic” as a C.P.N.P.; establishing protocols for Centers of Excellence credentialing, (i.e., transplant centers); implementing wellness programs inherent in HMO/POS benefit plans; establishing managed care hospital contract review and outcomes tracking approach for national hospital system.

Mohr currently holds the position of Ambulatory Manager for Children’s Hospital and Health Systems (CHHS) Surgery/Urology and Eye Clinics based in Wauwatosa, WI. In her role, she is accountable for the operations of the clinics and collaboration with Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) staff and providers in delivering quality and efficient care to children and their families served by CHHS and MCW. Ms. Mohr has previously served as a leader in practice management with Medical Associates Health Centers, now owned by Pro Health Care and as a Manager in Ernst & Young’s healthcare consulting practice. Some examples of her proficiencies include process evaluation and redesign; customer service quality initiatives; payer contract review and analysis; developing medical management process models for rural Medicaid PHOs and HMOs to align with financial risk models; creating post merger care management “straw models” for commercial MCOs; facilitating managed care core IT selection processes; reviewing and assessing payer operations; evaluating and preparing RFPs for ASO vendor searches for new MCO operations; integrating Emergency Services design into a care management model for rural Medicaid hospitals and physician providers; developing a process model to manage healthcare delivery for a major HMO transformation initiative. Her professional background also includes experience in the small group health insurance industry with The Mutual Group U.S., Employee Benefits; in her own healthcare consulting company, Darien & Ehrlich, Ltd.; with Daughters of Charity National Health Systems (now Ascension); and with MetLife Healthcare Network in St. Louis, Missouri (now part of United Healthcare).
