Kimberly Miller

Kimberly J. M. Miller, FACHE, President and CEO of Beaver Dam Community Hospitals, Inc. since December of 2006; has over 30 years of healthcare experience. Kim holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis University in Loretto, PA; a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA and she is a licensed Registered Nurse.

Kim was recognized with the American College of Healthcare Executive’s Senior Level Regent Award in 2003. Kim was previously the ACHE Regent for the state of North Dakota, served on the ACHE Regents Advisory Council of North Dakota and served as the President for North Dakota Healthcare Executives (a Chapter of ACHE). Kim has also served on the ACHE Credentialing Taskforce and the ACHE CEO Advisory Committee for three years where she was Chairman in 2005. She has also served on the American Hospital Association Committee on Governance in 2003.

Kim currently serves her community through membership and volunteer activities in Beaver Dam Rotary and Kiwanis of Beaver Dam. Kim is also on the Board of the Beaver Dam Development Corporation, the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin and a Task Force for the Beaver Dam Art Association Theater and Arts Project.

Kim is married to Rodney and they have two children and one grandchild. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing the piano, bicycling, traveling and she has recently taken up the challenging game of golf.
