Fran Finley

With over 20 years of experience as a health-care executive, Fran Finley is currently employed as the Administrator of the Aurora Medical Center of Oshkosh, Inc. Prior to joining Aurora, she served as Vice President and Administrator of Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital located in Charleston, West Virginia. She completed her Doctorate of Healthcare Administration at Central Michigan University, Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration at Washington University School of Medicine, and Bachelor's degree at Southwest Missouri State University. Fran is certified in Healthcare Management and am a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Fran is involved in the community through her service on the Board of the Oshkosh Area United Way, Chancellor’s Advisory Council of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Advisory Committee for the Fox Valley Technical College, Oshkosh Campus, Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Board Member, and board member of Tempo International. Fran lives in Oshkosh with her husband Steve and two children Stephen (11) and Elisabeth (9).
