Connie Bradley

Connie Bradley has been in healthcare for over 22 years. In 2007, Connie was promoted to the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive for Columbia St Mary’s, Milwaukee. Prior to her current role, Connie was the Director of Hospital Operations for the eastside campuses. Columbia St Mary’s is part of Ascension Health, one of the largest catholic healthcare systems throughout the US. In her role at CSM, Connie is responsible for the day to day operations for several inpatient, outpatient and ancillary service departments across two hospital campuses. Connie has held a variety of progressive leadership positions over her career.

Connie received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as Masters of Science in Nursing with emphasis on "Healthcare Systems Leadership" from Marquette University. She is also currently Board Certified as a Nursing Executive; Advanced. In addition to WI ACHE Board, Connie also serves on the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executive and Horizon Homecare & Hospice Board of Directors.
