Leader to Leader Incentive Program

The Wisconsin Chapter is excited to offer an incentive program complementing ACHE National's Leader to Leader program rewarding Wisconsin Chapter members who recruit ACHE National members and support members advancing to FACHE status. The program is designed to work in the same fashion as Leader to Leader program in which chapter members accumulate points for recruiting members or advancing members to FACHE status. The points accumulated are reported to the Wisconsin Chapter Membership Committee via ACHE National based on the Leader to Leader program reporting.

The program will run annually (January to December) for the purposes of reimbursement for programs. For example, in January 2010 we will review the recruitment and advancement support in 2009 and assign the point values. Members will then be notified of their points accumulated and options for using the points. For the option of being in a drawing, those drawings will occur in February for those qualifying for the respective incentives. Winning members will be notified via e-mail. Reimbursements will occur after the member submits a receipt to the Chapter Treasurer.

The following details the point incentive breakdown:

  1. Recruitment/advancement incentives – for every new member recruited, the “recruiter” gets one point. The points can be traded for the following:
    a. 1 point – Waiver for any regional education event (cost $15 per event) 
    b. 3 points – Included in a drawing for one of the following:
      i. Reimbursement for registration fee to WHA's convention (cost $350) OR
      ii. Payment of one full years of dues to ACHE (cost $150 - $325) OR
      iii. Payment of FACHE advancement application fee (Cost $200)
    c. 5 points – Included in a drawing for reimbursement for half of the registration fee to Congress or a Cluster (Cost ~ $575)


  2. In addition to above, for each member recruited the name of the recruiter and recruit will be entered in a drawing. One Recruiter/Recruit will be drawn for every 10 entries and the chapter will pay half the dues for each individual (cost range from $150 - $240 each)


  3. For the individual who recruits the most members, we will pay their ACHE dues. If there is a tie, there will be a drawing.


  4. Student members will be incentivized to advance to full membership through inclusion in a drawing with the chapter to paying the winner's first year dues (cost $150)
